How to solve the malfunction of liquid filling automation equipment?

Liquid filling automation equipment is a combined multifunctional unit that integrates flushing, filling, and sealing, widely used in the food industry, beverage industry, daily chemical industry, and other industries. It is currently one of the domestic packaging machinery equipment. So how should we solve the problem when the liquid filling machine equipment malfunctions?

1. Inaccurate filling volume of liquid filling automation equipment: When filling large-sized products, insufficient replenishment of the material tank causes unstable liquid level. To solve this problem, increase the replenishment volume or re close the ball valve above the filling head, reset the filling time, prolong the filling time, and slow down the filling speed.

2. After adjusting the number dial or unit, if the time does not change, turn off the power and reconnect it.

3. The liquid level is stable, but the filling volume of the liquid filling machine is inaccurate: check if there are any debris blocking the filling channel of the beverage machinery, mainly at the inlet of the material tank or in the filling mouth, and check and clean it thoroughly.

4. When the liquid filling automation equipment is turned off, there is dripping: it is because the filling nozzle hole of the filling machine is damaged. The filling nozzle can be removed to repair the hole hole, and the diameter of the hole cannot be greater than 7.5mm. After repairing the aperture, gently grind the flat surface of the aperture on water sandpaper. The ball valve inside the filling head is damaged and needs to be replaced.

5. After touching the injection switch, do not inject the material, and the digital indicator LED of the time relay does not flash. If the injection switch of the liquid filling automation equipment is damaged or the base of the time relay is loose, replace it with a new injection switch of the same model or press the base of the time relay tightly.

6. After touching the injection switch, the digital LED indicator light of the time relay flashes, but the material is not injected: first check whether there is air pressure or whether the air pressure is too low, or whether the electromagnetic valve coil of the liquid filling machine is damaged or the pneumatic valve core is stuck by dirt. You can unplug the power supply, open the board, use the object to rotate or press the button next to the corresponding electromagnetic valve coil. If the valve can change direction, it means that the electromagnetic valve coil is damaged. If it cannot change direction, it means that the valve core is stuck. You can replace the electromagnetic valve coil or disassemble the valve for repair.
